FAQ

Subscription Questions

  • No! As of 2025, iHerbWizard does not require you to sign up for an account. All subscription-related matters, including payments, renewals, and cancellations, are handled by LemonSqueezy or Stripe, our third-party payment processors.
  • To manage your subscription, log in to your LemonSqueezy account and follow these steps:
    • Locate the receipt email you received when you made the purchase.
    • Click the 'View Subscription' button (usually a green button found below your online receipt).

    From there, you can update your billing information, cancel your subscription, or make any necessary changes.

  • LemonSqueezy and Stripe are trusted third-party payment processors used by millions of SaaS companies worldwide. For more information, you can visit their websites: Stripe LemonSqueezy
    • Visit your subscription details page on LemonSqueezy. (Refer to the question "How do I manage my subscription?" for instructions.)
    • Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan of your choice.
    • LemonSqueezy automatically prorates the charge for the next billing cycle.

  • Example of Prorated Billing:

    • Suppose you subscribe to a $5/month plan on April 1st.
    • On April 15th, you upgrade to a $10/month plan.
    • On May 1st, your bill will be $12.5:
      • 🔹$10 for the new plan renewal
      • 🔹+$5 for the time used on the upgraded plan (April 15 - May 1)
      • 🔹-$2.5 credit for unused time on the previous $50 plan

    If downgrading a subscription, the value of the unused time will be automatically deducted from your next payment, so you’ll pay less on your next bill.
